I was messing around on gimp and ended up making the first pattern. Then I was messing around with the filters and effects and thought the emboss effect looked cool too. :)
The second one looks kinda like some metallic clothing that’s wrinkled, doesn’t it?

I’m using the newest version of GIMP (art program if you don’t know) and I already lineworked the drawing I am working on. Well when I went to select the color and paint with it, it always seems to paint white or gray instead of the yellow I wanted. And no matter what I try (even closing out of the program) it won’t work.
So can anyone give me some ideas of what the problem is?
